This half-day joint seminar presented by XBRL UK and the ICAEW IT Faculty was aimed at software companies, accountancy firms and others involved in the process of tagging accounts prepared in accordance with the new FRS 101, FRS 102 and full IFRS standards. It provided a briefing on the new XBRL taxonomies for these standards, which have been developed under the auspices of the Financial Reporting Council and were opened to public consultation in May 2014.
