This independent, one day, conference was arranged to explore the impact of new regulatory reporting rules under the Capital Requirements Directive (CRD IV) and to brings banks and their advisers up to date with the compliance requirements under the new regime for banking regulation.

  • The financial crisis was a failure of regulation and of data collection and interpretation.

  • The need for banks to use the ITS to validate and improve the quality of their filings.
  • The importance of the LEI and its use in simplifying the analysis of industry-wide exposure data.
